Shipping & Returns

Free UK shipping on every order. Here is everything you need to know about how I ship your jewellery and what to do if it is not quite right.

Shipping

  • Yes. UK shipping is free on all orders.

    Items up to £200 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, Fully Insured.

    Items over £200 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked & Insured.

  • Your order will be dispatched from Glasgow within 3 working days.

    If you need it sooner, just get in touch and I will do my best to help.

  • You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and a tracking reference once it is dispatched.

  • Every piece is sent in a gift box, nestled in tissue paper, and packed securely in a recyclable cardboard mailing box and waterproof postage bag.

    The packaging materials are sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable.

  • I do not currently offer international shipping as standard, but if you are outside the UK and have your eye on something, please get in touch and I will see what I can do.

  • I include a handwritten thank you note with every order so if you are gifting the piece, just pop your message in the gift message box at checkout and don't forget to add the recipient's name and address in the shipping details.

Returns

  • I hope you love your piece, but if it is not quite right I'm happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

    Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

    Please get in touch by email before sending anything back.

  • I am unable to cover the cost of returns. The return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

    Returns must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

    I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on the way back, so please hold onto your postage receipt and tracking details until your refund has been processed.

    Once I receive your return and confirm the piece is in its original condition, I will process your refund in full.

  • I photograph every piece before packaging, so if anything arrives damaged please get in touch straight away with photos of both the item and the packaging and I'll put it right.
