Silver Marks: Unmarked silver
Closure: Silver pin and c-clasp
Brooch Weight: 15.1 grams
Brooch Length: 6.7 cm
Brooch Width: 4.7 cm
Condition: There are two areas of repair on the left side, likely fixing cracks which were caused when the pin hinge housing was added to make this a brooch. There are other scratches and dents commensurate with age. This brooch remains uncleaned, since it bears a beautiful, deep, dark patina, which has formed over many years.

Over time silver jewellery may dull naturally, particularly when exposed to salty air or procucts such as perfume, chlorine and skin lotion. Give it an occasional buff with a silver polishing cloth to keep it looking its best.
Store your jewellery in a box or pouch when you are not wearing it.
