Antique Silver Prancing Horse Pendant

£150.00

S69

This beautiful, hand finished Baroque horse pendant is like an exquisite miniature sculpture.  Mounted on an oval base, the three dimensional horse has its head tucked in, strong hindquarters, flowing mane, ears pricked and tail held high.

The horse is positioned in the collected trot ‘piaffe’, an advanced dressage move.  The stand enables the horse to be put on display in addition to being worn.

The baroque breed of horse includes Andalusian, Lipizzaner, Lusitano and Fresian. All known for their majesty, agility and athleticism in equestrian events.

I have not cleaned the pendant as it has a lovely, deep patina, formed over the years.
